Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions for Returns and Exchange. We encourage our customers to take their time selecting what will be one of the most significant pieces of jewelry they'll ever purchase: their engagement ring and wedding ring. We recommend our customers to compare prices with those of any other jewelry store.

Due to the Corona Virus we have seen delays in our shipments from the warehouse that has been caused by the recent pandemic. We will be working to make sure orders are shipped in time but in some cases there may be a delay for certain customers.
