US Shipping

For our U.S. Customers we ship:
USPS (United States Postal Service) - FREE - For orders over $100

UPS:
Second Day Air - $25
Over Night - $35
All packages above $80 requires Signature Confirmation
(Mandatory for Insurance Policy)

Holiday Shipping

(FedEx/UPS packages may be delayed a day or two due to the large volume of packages for the holidays)

US Return

Dazzling Rock wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in same condition as you received. Please do not remove tag unless item is being kept, so leave the tag on until you are sure you love it. If tag is removed or shows signs of being worn there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.

Any custom making fees (sizing, metal upgrade, stone change etc.) and shipping charges are not refundable.

International Shipping

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Dazzlingrock to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Dazzlingrock may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

International Return

How to return an order

How to Package Your Return- Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include a copy of your invoice.

Shipment and Insurance- We strong suggest that you take insurance and a signature confirmation for the package. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Dazzling Rock for quick processing.

Return Process

Due to the Corona Virus we have seen delays in our shipments from the warehouse that has been caused by the recent pandemic. We will be working to make sure orders are shipped in time but in some cases there may be a delay for certain customers.
