Free Returns

Dazzling Rock wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you received it except for engraved tungsten rings and customized items those are non-returnable.

Any custom making fees (sizing, engraving etc.) and shipping charges are non-refundable.

CUSTOMIZE - If the item is not up to your satisfaction, please contact us for quick quote on customization. We offer guaranteed low prices. Possibilities are endless. To list few - you can upgrade the carat weight, change the color of the stones, or make the items larger.(Coupons not applicable)

How to return an order:

-Call Customer Service at 213-622-3264. We will provide you with a return label as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent in and is within the 30 day return window.

-The item must be returned with the original box it was in, also the certificates of authenticity must be returned as well.

-Packaging: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include a copy of your invoice. Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

What is not returnable:

We are not able to accept certain returns.

• Item is not in the same condition it was originaly was sent in.

• Items original packaging, included gifts, and certificate of authenticity.

• Certain customized items cannot be returned.

• Items that been returned past the 30 day return window.

Return Process

A certified jeweler will inspect and verify the condition. Dazzling Rock will process the return within 1-3 business days from receiving the item. If you have any further questions please fill free to ask or contact us (213)622-3264 or email us at [email protected].

Packages without a return authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted for refund.

- All certified items sent with a diamond certificate must be returned with the certificate, otherwise a restocking fee will be applied.

- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from DazzlingRock within 30 days from the date you received it. Orders receied after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
